Dream Tech Ltd One Year Limited Warranty

All Residential UL® Neon Signs manufactured by Dream Tech Ltd and its subsidiaries are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of receipt by you. We warrant that glass tubing will perform as intended, but do not warrant against glass breakage except as follows: if your Dream Tech Ltd product arrives with broken glass or other damage, or is not in good working order, you must contact 1-614-766-6992 within seven days after receipt of your Dream Tech Ltd product, and we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.

If your Dream Tech Ltd product is defective in material or workmanship and is returned to Dream Tech Ltd within one year of the date it was received by you, we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.

To obtain warranty service for your Everbrite neon product after seven days from receipt, you must call Dream Tech Ltd Customer Service Department at 1-866-292-4715 to report the problem. If you return your Everbrite Neon product, you must do so in accordance with the instructions given to you and at your cost. We will ship the replacement product to your home in the United States at no cost to you.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY (AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR ORDINARY USE), ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF YOUR EVERBRITE NEON PRODUCT BY YOU. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF YOUR EVERBRITE NEON PRODUCTS, PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSE BY YOUR EVERBRITE NEON PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty does not cover (i) breakage of glass tubing resulting from events outside of Everbrite's control, except as provided above or (ii) defects resulting from events out of Everbrite's control. Events outside of Everbrite's control include alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
